Account Access and Payment Options

Normal billing and collections policies and procedures will resume January 1, 2022.

On November 1, the District’s Board of Commissioners rescinded its prior declaration of a local emergency relating to the COVID-19 pandemic. Under the previous emergency declaration, the District suspended normal billing and collections policies such as service terminations, late fees and interest charges. These billing and collection policies and procedures will resume January 1, 2022. 

Customers who are not formally entered into a repayment agreement by January 1,
will be subject to the District’s normal collections policies and procedures.

The District is continuing to work in good faith with our customers to agree upon formal repayment agreements of any delinquent amounts. We strongly encourage customers with significant past due balances to address them now and reach out to our staff to make special payment arrangements if needed.

If you prefer not to pay your bill online, we have a number of other payment options available.

Pay by Phone
Pay your bill by phone with Discover, Mastercard or Visa debit cards or e-check, through Paymentus, our third-party vendor at 1.855.325.8896, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

Automatic Payment Program
The District's automatic payment program option allows you to pay through an automatic deduction from your bank account. Sign up for automatic payment and your utility bill will be made on time, every time. Autopay Form (Fillable PDF).

Bill Payer - Through your Financial Institution
You can arrange with your bank or financial institution to pay your bills from your account. Please note that it usually takes 5-7 days for payment to reach us.

For your convenience, we have two payment drop boxes located at the District office. One is located in front of the building for payments made during office hours. A second box is located outside of our gate for payments made after hours. 

Things you should know about paying your bill
Bills are due thirty days after they are sent out. In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 57.08.081, a 10% late fee will be applied to any delinquent account. Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District's Utility Billing Department is available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
