Account Access and Payment Options

We’ve made it easy to do everything from paying your bill to viewing your account for water usage. 

Account Access

Online account access allows you to: 
  • View your account balance
  • View your account balance and payment history
  • View your water meter readings and consumption history
  • Request cancellation of your current service
  • Make a payment on your account
You will need the following information from your current Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District statement to register your online account: 
  • Your name exactly as it appears on your bill 
  • Your account number 
  • Your 5 digit zip code 
  • Your meter number 
  • Your email address

Paying Your Bill

Bills are due thirty days after they are sent out. In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 57.08.081, a 10% late fee will be applied to any delinquent account. Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District's Utility Billing Department is available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Pay in Person

Pay in person by cash or check at our District office:

For your convenience, we have two payment drop boxes located at the District office. One is located in front of the building for payments made during office hours. A second box is located outside of our gate for payments made after hours.

Pay by Mail

Mail your check payable to SPWSD in the envelope provided with your bill to:

Automatic Payment Program

The District's automatic payment program option allows you to pay through an automatic deduction from your bank account. Sign up for automatic payment and your utility bill will be made on time, every time. Autopay Form fillable PDF.

Pay Online

Pay your bill anytime with Discover, Mastercard, Visa, or with an electronic check. You can access your account online and make a payment, or you can make a one-time payment through Paymentus, our third-party vendor. You will need your account number to complete the transaction. 

Pay by Phone

Pay your bill by phone with Discover, Mastercard or Visa debit cards or e-check, through Paymentus, our third-party vendor at 1.855.325.8896, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. You will need your account number to complete the transaction.

Bill Payer - Through your Financial Institution

You can arrange with your bank or financial institution to pay your bills from your account. Please note that it usually takes 5-7 days for payment to reach us.
