We’ve made it easier than ever to manage your water account and pay your bill online with MySPWater™. If you prefer not to pay your bill online, we have a number of other payment options available. 


MySPWater is a smarter way to access your account and pay your bills. 

Now by simply registering at you can make free, online bill payments and choose to have paperless billing. MySPWater also provides access to your water usage to help make more informed decisions. Legacy Account Access (eCARe)

If haven’t yet signed up for MySPWater and you want to continue to access your account and pay your bill the way you’ve done it in the past, that’s okay, too. Our legacy account access will be available for a limited amount of time.

Other Payment Options

Pay by Phone

Pay your bill by phone with Discover, Mastercard or Visa debit cards or e-check, through Paymentus, our third-party vendor at 1.855.325.8896, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. 

One-Time Online Payment

You can make a one-time online payment by following this link to MySPWater. You will need your account number and meter number located on your bill to complete the transaction. If you do not have your meter number with you, you can also make a one-time payment with just your account number directly through Paymentus, our third party vendor.


Automatic Payment Program

The District's automatic payment program option allows you to pay through an automatic deduction from your bank account. Sign up for automatic payment and your utility bill will be made on time, every time. Autopay Form (Fillable PDF).

Bill Payer - Through your Financial Institution

You can arrange with your bank or financial institution to pay your bills from your account. Please note that it usually takes 5-7 days for payment to reach us.

For your convenience, we have two payment drop boxes located at the District office. One is located in front of the building for payments made during office hours. A second box is located outside of our gate for payments made after hours. 

We're making the transition to monthly billing!

We are now transitioning all customer accounts from bi-monthly to monthly billing. Customers will be able to better manage their household budget, follow their water usage, and detect possible leaks sooner by having shorter billing cycles. In order to facilitate this change, there will be a transition billing period that will vary depending upon which billing cycle your account has been associated with. Some customers will receive an extra bill for a shorter billing period. Others will receive a bill for a longer period instead of an extra bill. To find your transition billing schedule, locate your cycle number in the comments section of your most recent bill and refer to this monthly billing transition schedule. 

Things you should know about paying your bill

Bills are due thirty days after they are sent out. In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 57.08.081, a 10% late fee will be applied to any delinquent account. Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District's Utility Billing Department is available between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
