We teamed up with Cascade Water Alliance and independent consultants to conduct a rate comparison and benchmarking study of other water and sewer utilities. We went through this process to compare our systems and management practices with others, as every system is unique. We then combined this information with our projected operating and maintenance costs for the coming year. This analysis, and our nearly 70 years of experience with the system, provided the insights we needed.
