Ryika Hooshangi has a bachelor’s degree in political science from George Washington University and a law degree from Catholic University. She was a U.S. government attorney and diplomat for the Department of State for more than 10 years, and served as a fellow at the Brooking Institution in the U.S. Senate and the Senate Finance Committee.
