- Board Meetings
The Board meets on the first, second and third Mondays of the month at 3:30 p.m. at the District office. If a regular Board meeting falls on a holiday, such regular meeting will be held on the fourth Monday of the month.

Agendas are posted to the website the preceding Friday to a Board meeting and will contain remote meeting access information.
Members of the public are always welcome at our meetings! At the beginning of each meeting, there is a public comment period where both in-person or remote attendees can speak for three minutes to share your ideas.
Another option to provide public comment is to email written comments to administration@spwater.org no later than 12:00 noon the day of the meeting. When submitting a public comment, please include your name and address, or relationship to the District.
If you have a longer presentation and need more time, please complete the Request to Appear Before the Board and we will put your topic on the agenda for a more detailed discussion.
