Water Rates

The District is proposing a total adjustment to water revenue of 3%, which would be applied to both the fixed water charge and the variable water consumption charges. A single-family residential customer using between 400 cubic feet to 700 cubic feet per month would see a monthly increase ranging from $1.20 to $1.40 on their water bill.

Sewer Rates

The District is proposing an adjustment to sewer revenue of 2%, which would increase the monthly sewer rate for a single-family residential sewer customer by $0.74 to $37.96 per month.
