    Once you receive your first bill, please register in our customer portal: https://MySPWater.org to access your account detail and sign up for paperless billing. All the information you will need to register will be on your first bill. The portal will allow you to view your monthly, daily, and hourly water consumption and set usage notifications under your Account tab, and Settings on the left side of the screen.
