  1. The Sammamish Plateau Water District does not bill tenants directly. If you are renting a home do not submit this form. Please have your Landlord or Property Management Company contact the District instead. If you are a property owner, the billing will remain in your name. Billing arrangements will be left to you and your tenant. If you use a property management company and want it to manage the bills, you must complete the Management Agreement Form and submit it to: billing@spwater.org
